TRV®, THC And So Much More
by Joni Dourif, President

This article was originally intended to be titled "THC and TRV" and I was going to only point out why THC inhibits the TRV process. However, I can only expand on this topic in my own arena of expertise - which is psychology. I am not an MD or a chemist so I am not going to go into the physical functions and their biochemical reactions, as much of that research I would need to look up and then repeat back to you. I don't have time to do that. You can look up the physical aspects of the brain and its biochemical reactions in the body if you would like. My empirical research for this article lies in the operational system of the human psyche and its interaction with a perceptual information gathering skill called Technical Remote Viewing®. In this article, I will explain certain behaviors and my theoretical analysis of its psychological and physiological operations and origins.

Over the years since 1993 when PSI TECH began teaching people from all walks of life, we discovered one pronounced symptom that displayed itself in different students. The symptom we noted occurred during the early learning process, in the first few days during the first three TRV stages. We noted that certain trainees would be able to spontaneously draw very expressive and sometimes even flamboyant first (S3) sketches but then they would struggle with the next stage (Four) that followed the sketching. Stage Four involves discriminating data or placing data in its appropriate category. It is typical for everybody to struggle during these early learning stages as the technique is a completely new learned behavior. However, the symptomatic trainees would eventually fall into a rhyming mode or stream of consciousness where one word would incite the next and the next. It seemed as though the words themselves were taking on a swarming effect that infiltrated the session data like a snake crawling through a sand box.

The final effect was a session that resembled a muddle of information with a single theme of consciousness twisted and wrung throughout. It looked good and it sounded logical but the data accuracy would ultimately prove to be off base. Our conclusion after observing this phenomenon numerous times was that the trainee would loose target signal line contact beginning with the first discriminating stage which was Stage Four. We came to discover that all of our trainees who exhibited these symptoms were regular marijuana users. We tried to move them forward by removing Stage Four but we finally gave up and made a rule that we would not teach TRV to people who ingested THC. There was a serious physiological defect at play that we could not remedy.

I can demonstrate to you with illustrations why TRV works. By using the same model I can show you why it did not work in the case of the previously described symptoms. But let's start at the beginning:
The human psyche is made up of four major functions as illustrated at right.
Within these functions there exists an operating system called the unconscious, the subconscious and conscious thinking.
There is also the collective unconscious where our existence as a unique blueprint resides.
However, as our psyche is transported into a physical form (our bodies), to become human it experiences itself as a singular living organism and views itself as separated from the collective unconscious. In order to accomplish this task, perception must project itself outward on to a singular module.
In order to operate and grow as a singular module the psyche must develop a wall; a metaphorical skin to keep it contained as separate and to grow as an individual and unique personality. This wall is called the EGO. It is colored black and white because its core function is to contain itself by judging what is external and what is internal. It holds the psyche in its place, inside the module.
Carl Jung was ostracized in the 1800's for declaring that the spirit was an essential part of the human psyche. The spirit is illustrated here as it functions as the electricity or the energy that keeps the psyche alive and operational within its containment. The rhythm of the psyche is like the physiological function of breath.
So, now we have an operational psyche and when we teach it the skill of TRV it theoretically looks like this as it collects data via the TRV protocols.
The symptom that I have identified as "stream of consciousness" appears to originate from here - the crossover area between the subconscious and the conscious thinking where we have an embedded filter that acts as a discriminator. It decides what information is to be held back and what information is to be released at what time.

This discriminator is especially useful to us during times of trauma when we need to continue to function for survival reasons rather than be stunned with fear or overwhelmed by shock. This filter is necessary for the heroic feats we commonly see during dangerous rescue operations, catastrophic events, or ground combat wars.

We know that THC is the chemical agent in marijuana that embeds itself into the fatty brain tissue and that it takes thirty days from the time of ingestion to expel itself from the body completely. A habitual marijuana user would then have an accumulative effect of a consistent level of THC build up in their system. The brain is 75% fatty brain tissue. It is my theory that the THC causes damage in the limbic system of the brain which in turn ignites this unique behavioral dysfunction in the perceptual operations of judgment between the subconscious and the conscious thinking functions. It disconnects the viewer from the target signal line by diversion and begins to connect one piece of data to another developing what we have identified as "stream of consciousness."

We, our bodies and our psyches, are tools that are constantly gathering information. As we learn more about ourselves and our environment in which we are immersed we learn to discriminate what is our own own reflection and what is not. People who have identified themselves by their ego have a difficult time accepting TRV data that lies outside of their existing belief system. This is often the case when we see good TRV data wrapped inside of faulty analysis. Like the saying goes "there is drop of truth in everything". As long as our psyches remain operational our instinct function will keep on sniffing out those drops of truth,

But here lies the question:
Do you think mankind is ready for more then just a drop of his truth?
